We combine strength training and cardio movements to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the workout. You'll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which will also raise your resting metabolic rate. Meaning you'll continue to burn more calories long after your workout. Each workout is designed to burn up to 1000 calories.
